A native of Waterloo, IA, Arlene and her husband Bob have lived in Silvermine for the past 39 years. They raised their 3 children in this bustling area where all three attended New Canaan Country School. She has a strong background in sales and management and loves having the opportunity to assist others in achieving success. Arlene attends workshops, seminars, and any forum that will help her sharpen her skills. Her focus and hard work earned her the honor of being the #1 Sales Agent in her office in her 3rd year in the business so she knows what it takes to run a successful business. Known to everyone as an "includer", Arlene is the first to help others in the business. Arlene has earned a reputation as being a fair and honest negotiator and always puts her clients first.
