Originally from Waterloo, Iowa, Arlene has been a proud resident of Silvermine for the past 48 years. Alongside her husband Bob, she raised their three children in this vibrant and close-knit community, with all three attending New Canaan Country School. Her deep roots in the area give her a unique perspective and a genuine connection to the neighborhoods she serves.

Arlene brings a strong background in sales and management to her real estate career, along with a lifelong passion for helping others achieve their goals. Negotiating on behalf of the buyer is equally important and she assists her buyer clients in determining the fair market value prior to presenting their offer.
Staging Your Home - in today's market the presentation of the home that is going on the market is key! There are a number of homes on the market that are considered "competition" for most of the listings currently on the market and staging the home is one of the factors we can control. A sparkling clean home with inviting curb appeal are keys to the first impression to the buyer. Arlene has access to a number of local professional home stagers and decorators.
